Use of the Site
This website is intended to provide a directory of local businesses in the Kansas Cit metropolitan area. By submitting your business information, you grant us permission to display your listing on our website and use your information for directory purposes.
Listings
All basic listings are free.
You may be offered an optional paid upgrade (Premium Listing) that provides enhanced visibility and features.
We reserve the right to edit, refuse, or remove any listing for any reason.
User Responsibilities
You agree that:
All information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You have the authority to submit your business details.
No Guarantee of Value
The value of the giveaway is determined at the sole discretion of the business for which the giveaway was posted. There is no guaranteed value in a claimed giveaway regardless of what is printed, posted, or written on the giveaway, the website, or in email format.
If for any reason, the business is unable or unwilling to fulfill the giveaway, the giveaway has no cash value, cannot be returned, and cannot be refunded. The giveaway has no transferable value and can be rendered null and void at any time by the local business for which the giveaway was posted.
We personally meet with each business owner for which we post a giveaway and obtain their permission and approval to post the giveaway. But we also recognize that conditions can change quickly, especially for locally owned businesses. Therefore, neither the business nor the business owners are under any obligation whatsoever to fulfill or comply with the giveaway.
Claim Frequency
No person may claim more than one giveaway every three months and no more than four giveaways within a 12-month period.
No Cash Value
Giveaways have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash at the local business.
No Resale Value
Giveaways may not be sold or resold. You may freely transfer the giveaway to someone else, but you may not sell or post for sale any giveaway.
30-Day Giveaway Expiration
Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing, a claimed giveaway is valid for 30 days from the date it was awarded. After 30 days, the giveaway has no value and may no longer be redeemed at the local business.

Changes
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any updates.
